With over 20 years experience in a variety of disciplines within the construction industry, from starting out as a joiner to retraining as a building surveyor and serving 4 years as a Building Standards Officer with the local authority. Jonathan Smith (BSc Hons Building Surveying) is well placed to offer a unique and bespoke architectural design service within the Western Isles.

 

The Draftsman Ltd was established in 2009 to meet an emerging demand for a high quality architectural design service. Our emphasis is placed on providing a full service from early design through to planning permission, building warrant approval and construction stage drawings.
